Thomas Petersen b6894d42ea feat(desktop): make the Projects overview follow the selected section

Keep entity lists on one compact line and let the right-hand pod stay
visible across list tabs, with section-specific people, stats, and
contribution graphs so the overview reads as context instead of a
detached summary.
