Onboarding offered one-click install whenever `canAutoInstall` was set, while Doctor also required `!nodeRequired`. A preset adapter installed via npm can now report both flags, so onboarding would have run `npm install -g <adapter>` in a shell that has no npm. Route that case to the Node.js affordance instead, matching Doctor. The accompanying tests pin the boundaries the flags encode: the installer must not be invoked when Node is missing, a preset adapter resolves as available through the real (non-allowlisted) PATH scan, and a custom harness loaded through the real discovery path never reports auto-install even when its free-text hint looks runnable.
