WebKitGTK's dmabuf render path core-dumps on some Mesa drivers under
rootless XWayland, killing the AppImage before any window appears. The
bundle is pinned to GDK_BACKEND=x11 by linuxdeploy's GTK apprun-hook, and
dmabuf only buys zero-copy page flips on native Wayland, so disabling it
costs nothing on this codepath.

Scoped to the AppImage post-process rather than Rust or tauri.conf.json:
the .deb runs on native Wayland where dmabuf works, and disabling it
there would be a rendering regression. Set in the existing launcher shim
rather than a new apprun-hook file because AppRun.wrapped execs the shim
unconditionally and the script already guards its installation.

Also documents the libsystemd removal (#2335) in the root-cause header,
which the file's convention requires for every removal.
