The now+2s expiration fixtures had a wall-clock race at ingest —
truncation plus CI scheduler pauses could trip the strictly-future
check before the test reached its read assertions. Widen to now+10s
with a 20s poll timeout. Factor the fixture into a shared
build_expiring_draft helper so the margin lives in one place. Rename
the misnamed server-TTL test to reflect its actual client-tag fixture.
