ReliableLeaseRenewer { task, lost: CancellationToken } via
spawn_observable_renewer; spawn_renewer stays as the fire-and-forget
compatibility wrapper. lost cancels on RenewResult::Lost,
ReleaseResult::NotOwner, or renewal error; caller-initiated cancel is
normal shutdown and does not trip it. Token-only shape ack'd by Dawn
for huddle teardown + floor.forget; Max confirmed drain composes on
the same consumer select paths.
