Drives the real relay-mode GUI against the staging relay, cold-loads
#buzz-bugs, and asserts reactions render on first paint — the exact symptom
Tyler reported. Bridges the page WebSocket and HTTP /query through Node so the
shipped data path runs from the test browser despite the staging WAF's
Mozilla-UA block and missing CORS headers (both harness artifacts, not the bug).

The aux-REQ detector recognizes the split REQs (REACTION-AUX / STRUCTURAL-AUX /
BUNDLED-AUX) so the WS trace shows reactions firing first. Hard assertions:
cold-load reaction count > 0 (pre-fix this was 0 on a busy workspace), and
cold-load >= the after-switch ground-truth count.

Not a CI test — points at a live external relay and a real member identity.
Run explicitly: pnpm exec playwright test reaction-coldload-repro
