The install-hint fix (bbf995996) now appends a preset's non-empty
install_hint to the not-installed warning. The no-harness-available
smoke test still asserted the pre-fix copy for the Buzz Agent mock,
whose catalog entry carries install_hint "Ships with the Buzz
desktop app." Update the expected string to the new copy.
