nostr 0.44.6 and nostr-relay-pool 0.44.2 (root) / 0.44.1 (desktop)
are affected by RUSTSEC-2026-0225 through 0232: credential exposure via
Debug output, unauthenticated wallet event parsing, and DoS-class parser
issues. Fixed releases 0.44.7 / 0.44.3 published today.

Root workspace: nostr 0.44.6 -> 0.44.7, nostr-relay-pool 0.44.2 -> 0.44.3
desktop/src-tauri: nostr 0.44.6 -> 0.44.7, nostr-relay-pool 0.44.1 -> 0.44.3

Lockfile-only change; no Cargo.toml or deny.toml edits.
