Add a TanStack Virtual-backed timeline path behind the tanstackTimeline preview flag and keep scroll writes centralized in useAnchoredScroll via a virtualizer adapter seam. Update scroll/history probes to assert behavior under real virtualization, including summary badge state restoration after virtual unmount/remount rather than row DOM permanence.
