Stop sending sidebar replies through the agent reply-parent override path and keep same-branch replies visually flat so plain in-thread sends stay at the current drilled level.

fix: preserve nested thread depth for agent replies

Carry explicit branch reply intent through the desktop and MCP message pipeline so plain @agent mentions stay at the current thread depth. Keep hover reply as the only action that drills into a deeper sub-thread.
