Thomas PetersenandCursor dace91462b fix(desktop): keep one personal onboarding agent and make it testable 
Ensure the assistant onboarding maintains exactly one personal agent:
recognize prior agents by a stable system-prompt marker, reuse the
single keeper, and delete duplicates left over from earlier sessions.
Reset now reuses that agent and bounces its process so each session
gets a fresh relay connection, fixing silent non-responses from a
wedged long-lived agent. Add a dev-only force flag (localStorage /
?onboarding=force) to replay onboarding even after completion, cleared
on finish/skip.

Split AssistantSetupStep into pure helpers (lib/assistantSetupHelpers)
and terminal UI (ui/AssistantTerminal) to stay near the file-size gate.
