+When you add an email account, by default only **INBOX** and **Sent** folders are synchronized.
+
+If you want to sync additional folders:
+
+1. Go to the **Accounts** page.

+2. Find the account and open its **Actions → Sync Folders**.

+3. You will see a list of all folders on the mail server, along with the number of emails in each.

+4. Check the folders you want to synchronize and **save changes**.

+During the next sync cycle, Bichon will start downloading emails from the selected folders.
+
+* **Note:** If a folder was previously synced but is now unchecked, Bichon will stop syncing it in future cycles.
+* **Important:** Existing local emails in that folder are **not automatically deleted**.
