+### Two bugs the new pages found (both fixed here)

+- `string.Template` substitutes inside HTML comments. A comment in the article template that named the body placeholder emitted the entire body twice and closed itself early on the first `-->` inside it.
+- Heading promotion could produce a second `<h1>`. A slice that deliberately runs past its own section carries headings at the `from` level, which promoted to `<h1>` on a page that already had one. Promotion now stops at `<h2>`.

+- **Two deviations from the card's route list, both deliberate.** I kept task 33's route names (`/guides/install/`, `/concepts/claiming-a-card/`, …) instead of renaming to `/start`, `/concepts/cards`, `/concepts/reviews`; those URLs are already shipped, linked from the landing page and documented in `site/README.md`, and renaming would 404 anything pointing at them. And the card's `/concepts/cards` and `/concepts/layers` each wanted two non-adjacent `AGENTS.md` sections in one body; since the builder takes one slice per page and reorganising `AGENTS.md` is out of scope, they ship as adjacent sidebar pages instead (`task-files` beside `claiming-a-card`, `adapters` beside `three-layer-law`). All the content the card asked for is on the site; only the grouping differs.
+- **One acceptance criterion is covered differently than written.** The card says a table, a fenced code block and a nested list "appear in Stages, Pull requests and Syncing boards respectively" — they do not. Tables and fences now exist on real pages (the header-field table on `/concepts/task-files/`, command blocks on `/guides/install/` and the stage diagram on `/concepts/stages/`) and are asserted there; no slice contains a nested list, so that one is covered by `ARenderedSliceKeepsItsShape` in `tests/test_site_pages.py`, which builds a slice with all three.
