Recorded for the Wed 2026-07-29 beta (BEA-33): /beardrive:install → agent writes plan.md → teammate's agent reads it fresh → share link. Outputs replay the real fresh-machine run verified against v0.10.0; vhs tape + storyboard committed for reproducible re-renders. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
