rootkit c98ed390ae refactor: move llmfunc to MCP plugin and add case query methods ...

- Move llmfunc.py from Lib/ to PLUGINS/MCP/
- Remove debug function and add get_case_by_case_id
- Add Case.get_by_case_id method in sirpapi
- Add id field to EnrichmentModel, ArtifactModel, AlertModel, CaseModel
