- Check for updates on startup (once per 24h)
- Show update banner when new version available
- Support --no-update-check and --auto-update flags
- Add SUPERCLAUDE_AUTO_UPDATE environment variable
- Implement for both Python (PyPI) and Node.js (NPM)
