📝 Update NPM package references to @bifrost_inc/superclaude

Browse Source 
- Updated all documentation to use @bifrost_inc/superclaude
- Fixed installation commands in README and docs
- Updated release instructions with correct NPM package name
- Cleaned up temporary package files
