SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Video Speed

Ses perdesini koruma seçeneğiyle bir videoyu hızlandırın veya yavaşlatın.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-speed

Bir video dosyası ve bir JSON settings alanı içeren multipart form data kabul eder.

Parameters

Notes

2 değerinde bir çarpan oynatma hızını iki katına çıkarır (süreyi yarıya indirir). 0.5 değerinde bir çarpan oynatma hızını yarıya indirir (süreyi iki katına çıkarır).
keepPitch değeri true olduğunda, ses zamanda gerilir, böylece sesler doğal duyulur. false olduğunda, perde hızla orantılı olarak kayar.
Geçerli aralık 0.25x ile 4x arasıdır.
