SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Trim Video

초 단위로 시작 및 종료 시간을 지정하여 비디오에서 클립을 잘라내며, 프레임 단위 정확한 컷을 위한 옵션을 제공합니다.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/trim-video

비디오 파일과 JSON settings 필드가 담긴 multipart form data를 받습니다.

Notes

precise가 false(기본값)일 때 이 도구는 키프레임 탐색을 사용하며, 이는 빠르지만 요청한 시간보다 몇 프레임 앞에서 시작할 수 있습니다.
precise를 true로 설정하면 정확한 프레임 경계를 위해 세그먼트를 재인코딩하지만 시간이 더 오래 걸립니다.
endS 값은 startS보다 커야 합니다.
