SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Video to GIF

Biến một clip video thành ảnh GIF động với tốc độ khung hình, chiều rộng, thời điểm bắt đầu và thời lượng có thể cấu hình.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-to-gif

Nhận multipart form data gồm một file video và một trường JSON settings. Đây là endpoint bất đồng bộ - nó trả về 202 Accepted ngay lập tức và tiến độ được truyền qua SSE tại GET /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress.

Parameters

durationS	number	No	`5`	Thời lượng tính bằng giây (trên 0, tối đa 60)

Notes

Giá trị fps và width thấp hơn tạo ra file GIF nhỏ hơn. Một GIF rộng 480px ở 12 fps thường là sự cân bằng tốt.
Thời lượng tối đa là 60 giây. Các clip dài hơn tạo ra file rất lớn.
Cập nhật tiến độ có sẵn qua SSE tại GET /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress cho đến khi tác vụ hoàn tất.
