SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Video Speed

Tăng tốc hoặc làm chậm một video với tùy chọn giữ nguyên cao độ âm thanh.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-speed

Nhận multipart form data gồm một file video và một trường JSON settings.

Parameters

Notes

Hệ số 2 tăng gấp đôi tốc độ phát (giảm một nửa thời lượng). Hệ số 0.5 giảm một nửa tốc độ phát (tăng gấp đôi thời lượng).
Khi keepPitch là true, âm thanh được kéo giãn thời gian để giọng nói nghe tự nhiên. Khi false, cao độ dịch chuyển theo tỷ lệ với tốc độ.
Phạm vi hợp lệ là 0.25x đến 4x.
