SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

JSON to XML

Конвертація між форматами JSON та XML в обох напрямках. Завантажте файл JSON, щоб отримати XML, або завантажте файл XML, щоб отримати JSON.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/files/json-xml

Приймає дані форми multipart з файлом JSON чи XML та JSON-полем settings.

Notes

Напрямок конвертації визначається автоматично з розширення вхідного файлу: .json дає .xml, а .xml дає .json.
Параметр pretty застосовується в обох напрямках. Коли false, вивід є компактним без відступів.
Атрибути XML та вкладені структури зберігаються під час зворотної конвертації, де це можливо.
