SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Burn Subtitles

SRT, VTT 또는 ASS 파일의 자막을 비디오의 모든 프레임에 영구적으로 렌더링(하드코딩)합니다.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/burn-subtitles

비디오 파일과 자막 파일이 담긴 multipart form data를 받습니다. 이 엔드포인트는 비동기입니다. 즉시 202 Accepted를 반환하고 진행 상황은 GET /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress에서 SSE를 통해 스트리밍됩니다.

Notes

파일 두 개를 업로드하세요. 첫 번째는 비디오여야 하고 두 번째는 자막 파일(.srt, .vtt 또는 .ass)이어야 합니다.
구워진 자막은 비디오의 영구적인 일부가 되며 시청자가 끌 수 없습니다. 켜고 끌 수 있는 자막을 원한다면 대신 Embed Subtitles 도구를 사용하세요.
작업이 완료될 때까지 진행 상황 업데이트는 GET /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress에서 SSE를 통해 제공됩니다.
