SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

PDF Page Numbers

أضف أرقام الصفحات بصيغة "Page N of M" إلى كل صفحة في ملف PDF.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/pdf-page-numbers

يقبل بيانات نموذج multipart تحتوي على ملف PDF وحقل settings بصيغة JSON.

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Required	Default	Description
position	string	No	`"bc"`	موضع رقم الصفحة: `bl` أو `bc` أو `br` أو `tl` أو `tc` أو `tr`
fontSize	integer	No	`10`	حجم الخط بالنقاط (من 6 إلى 24)

Position Values

tl أعلى اليسار، tc أعلى الوسط، tr أعلى اليمين
bl أسفل اليسار، bc أسفل الوسط، br أسفل اليمين

Notes

تُعرض أرقام الصفحات بالصيغة "Page 1 of 10".
تُضاف الأرقام إلى كل صفحة، بما في ذلك أي صفحات عنوان أو غلاف موجودة.
يضع الموضع الافتراضي "bc" الأرقام في أسفل منتصف كل صفحة.
