SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

PDF के हर पृष्ठ पर "Page N of M" पृष्ठ संख्या जोड़ें।

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/pdf-page-numbers

एक PDF फ़ाइल और एक JSON settings फ़ील्ड के साथ multipart form data स्वीकार करता है।

Parameters

tl ऊपर-बाएं, tc ऊपर-केंद्र, tr ऊपर-दाएं
bl नीचे-बाएं, bc नीचे-केंद्र, br नीचे-दाएं

Notes

पृष्ठ संख्याएं "Page 1 of 10" फ़ॉर्मेट में रेंडर की जाती हैं।
संख्याएं हर पृष्ठ पर जोड़ी जाती हैं, जिसमें कोई भी मौजूदा शीर्षक या कवर पृष्ठ शामिल है।
डिफ़ॉल्ट स्थिति "bc" प्रत्येक पृष्ठ के नीचे-केंद्र में संख्याएं रखती है।
