SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Vignette

画像の縁を暗くしたり色付けしたりするビネット効果を追加します。強度、色、半径、柔らかさ、丸み、中心位置を調整できます。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/image/vignette

画像ファイルとJSON形式のsettingsフィールドを含むmultipartフォームデータを受け付けます。

Parameters

centerY	integer	No	`50`	垂直方向の中心位置の割合（0〜100）

Notes

radiusを小さくすると画像のより広い範囲が暗くなり、大きくするとビネットが最も外側の縁に限定されます。
創造的なビネット効果には、黒以外のcolor（例: 白やセピア調）を使用してください。
centerXとcenterYを調整すると、クリアな領域を中心からずらして配置できます。フレームの中央にない被写体に注目を集めたい場合に便利です。
出力フォーマットは入力フォーマットに一致します。HEIC、RAW、PSD、SVGの入力は処理前に自動的にデコードされます。
