SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

音声チャンネル

音声をモノラルとステレオのレイアウト間で変換したり、ステレオファイルの左右のチャンネルを入れ替えたりします。

API エンドポイント

POST /api/v1/tools/audio/audio-channels

音声ファイルと JSON の settings フィールドを含むマルチパートフォームデータを受け付けます。

注意事項

stereo-to-mono は両方のチャンネルを 1 つのモノラルトラックにミックスします。
mono-to-stereo はモノラルチャンネルを左右の両方に複製します。
swap はステレオファイルの左右のチャンネルを入れ替えます。
出力は通常、入力コンテナを維持します。AAC 入力は M4A として書き出され、サポートされていないデコード専用の入力は MP3 にフォールバックします。
