SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

หมายเหตุ

light รักษารายละเอียดไว้มากกว่าแต่ลดเสียงรบกวนได้น้อยกว่า strong ลดเสียงรบกวนได้มากกว่าแต่อาจทำให้เกิดสิ่งแปลกปลอมเล็กน้อย
ให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุดกับการบันทึกที่มีเสียงรบกวนพื้นหลังคงที่ (เสียงพัดลมฮัม เครื่องปรับอากาศ เสียงซ่า)
เอาต์พุตมักคงคอนเทนเนอร์อินพุตไว้ อินพุต AAC จะเขียนเป็น M4A และอินพุตแบบถอดรหัสอย่างเดียวที่ไม่รองรับจะถอยกลับเป็น MP3
