SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Audio Metadata

제목, 아티스트, 앨범과 같은 오디오 메타데이터 태그(ID3 및 유사 태그 형식)를 조회, 편집 또는 제거합니다.

API 엔드포인트

POST /api/v1/tools/audio/audio-metadata

오디오 파일과 JSON settings 필드가 포함된 multipart form data를 받습니다.

참고

응답에는 컨테이너 형식, 길이, 비트레이트, 현재 태그가 담긴 metadata 객체가 포함됩니다.
strip이 true이면 모든 태그 필드가 무시되고 기존 태그가 모두 제거됩니다.
제공한 태그만 업데이트되며, 지정하지 않은 태그는 변경되지 않습니다.
출력 형식은 입력 형식과 동일합니다.
