SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Mute Video

Elimina la pista de audio de un vídeo, dejando solo el flujo visual.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/mute-video

Acepta datos de formulario multipart con un archivo de vídeo. Esta herramienta no tiene ajustes configurables.

Parameters

Esta herramienta no tiene parámetros. Elimina la pista de audio del vídeo subido.

Notes

El flujo de vídeo se copia sin recodificar, por lo que no hay pérdida de calidad.
Si el vídeo de entrada no tiene pista de audio, el archivo se devuelve sin cambios.
