SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Merge PDFs

2 つ以上の PDF ファイルを 1 つのドキュメントに結合し、各入力ファイルのページ順を保持します。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/merge-pdf

2 つ以上の PDF ファイルを含む multipart フォームデータを受け付けます。settings フィールドは不要です。

このツールに設定パラメータはありません。2 つ以上の PDF ファイルをアップロードするだけです。

Notes

ファイルはアップロードされた順に結合されます。
PDF ファイルは最低 2 つ必要です。それより少ない場合、リクエストは 400 エラーで失敗します。
入力ファイルの最大数は 20 です。
暗号化された PDF は結合前にロックを解除する必要があります。
