SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

N-up PDF

Sắp xếp nhiều trang trên mỗi tờ để tiết kiệm giấy khi in, chẳng hạn như bố cục 2-up hoặc 4-up.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/nup-pdf

Chấp nhận dữ liệu biểu mẫu multipart với một tệp PDF và một trường JSON settings.

Notes

Các trang được sắp xếp theo thứ tự đọc (trái sang phải, trên xuống dưới).
Kích thước trang đầu ra khớp với bản gốc; các trang riêng lẻ được thu nhỏ để vừa với lưới.
Một tài liệu 20 trang với perSheet: 4 tạo ra đầu ra 5 trang.
