SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

ดึงเฟรมแต่ละเฟรมออกจากวิดีโอและดาวน์โหลดเป็นไฟล์ ZIP ของรูปภาพ PNG หรือ JPG

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-to-frames

รับข้อมูลแบบ multipart form พร้อมไฟล์วิดีโอและฟิลด์ JSON settings

Parameters

Notes

โหมด all จะดึงทุกเฟรมและอาจสร้างไฟล์ ZIP ที่ใหญ่มากสำหรับวิดีโอยาว ใช้โหมด nth หรือ timestamps สำหรับการดึงแบบเลือก
PNG คงคุณภาพเต็มแต่สร้างไฟล์ใหญ่กว่า JPG เล็กกว่าแต่เป็นแบบ lossy
การตอบกลับจะดาวน์โหลดเป็นไฟล์ ZIP ที่มีไฟล์รูปภาพเรียงหมายเลขตามลำดับ
