SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Watermark Video

位置、サイズ、不透明度、色を設定できるテキストの透かしを、動画のすべてのフレームに焼き込みます。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/watermark-video

動画ファイルと JSON の settings フィールドを含む multipart フォームデータを受け付けます。

Parameters

bl - 左下、bc - 下中央、br - 右下

Notes

透かしは動画のフレームに恒久的にレンダリングされ、処理後に削除することはできません。
透かしには FFmpeg に組み込まれたサンセリフフォントを使用します。
画像の透かしには、代わりに画像の Watermark ツールを使用してください。
