SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Embed Subtitles

字幕ファイルを、視聴者がオン/オフを切り替えられるソフト字幕トラックとして動画コンテナに多重化します。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/embed-subtitles

動画ファイルと字幕ファイル、および JSON の settings フィールドを含む multipart フォームデータを受け付けます。

Notes

ファイルを2つアップロードします。1つ目は動画、2つ目は字幕ファイル（.srt、.vtt、または .ass）である必要があります。
埋め込まれた（ソフト）字幕は、視聴者がメディアプレーヤーで切り替えられます。常時表示される字幕には、代わりに Burn Subtitles ツールを使用してください。
言語コードはコンテナ内にメタデータとして保存され、メディアプレーヤーが字幕トラックにラベルを付けるのに役立ちます。
