SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Organize PDF

希望するページ順を指定して PDF のページを並べ替えます。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/organize-pdf

PDF ファイルと JSON の settings フィールドを含む multipart フォームデータを受け付けます。

Parameters

Notes

ページ範囲には qpdf 構文を使用します: 3,1,2 は最初の 3 ページを並べ替え、5-z は 5 ページ目から最終ページまでを末尾に追加します。
ページを複数回列挙すると複製できます（例: "1,1,2,3" は 1 ページ目を複製します）。
order 文字列に列挙されていないページは出力から除外されます。
