SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Circle Crop

画像を中央揃えの円形に切り抜き、四隅を透明にします。ズーム、オフセット、ボーダー、出力サイズを調整できます。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/image/circle-crop

画像ファイルと JSON の settings フィールドを含むマルチパートフォームデータを受け付けます。

Parameters

Notes

透明な四隅を保持するため、出力は常に PNG です (background が単色に設定されている場合を除く)。
円は画像の短い辺の内側に収まります。より狭く切り抜くには zoom を、表示領域をずらすには offsetX/offsetY を使用してください。
outputSize を指定すると、切り抜き後にその正方形のサイズにリサイズされます。
HEIC、RAW、PSD、SVG の入力は処理前に自動的にデコードされます。
