SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

ノイズ低減

選択可能な強度で FFT ベースのノイズ除去を使用し、音声ファイルの背景ノイズを低減します。

API エンドポイント

POST /api/v1/tools/audio/noise-reduction

音声ファイルと JSON の settings フィールドを含むマルチパートフォームデータを受け付けます。

注意事項

light はより多くのディテールを保持しますが、除去するノイズは少なくなります。strong はより多くのノイズを除去しますが、わずかなアーティファクトが生じることがあります。
ファンの音、エアコン、静電気ノイズなど、一定の背景ノイズがある録音で最良の結果が得られます。
出力は通常、入力コンテナを維持します。AAC 入力は M4A として書き出され、サポートされていないデコード専用の入力は MP3 にフォールバックします。
