SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

音声メタデータ

タイトル、アーティスト、アルバムなどの音声メタデータタグ（ID3 や類似のタグ形式）を表示、編集、または削除します。

API エンドポイント

POST /api/v1/tools/audio/audio-metadata

音声ファイルと JSON の settings フィールドを含むマルチパートフォームデータを受け付けます。

注意事項

レスポンスには、コンテナ形式、長さ、ビットレート、現在のタグを含む metadata オブジェクトが含まれます。
strip が true の場合、すべてのタグフィールドは無視され、既存のすべてのタグが削除されます。
指定したタグのみが更新され、指定されていないタグは変更されません。
出力形式は入力形式と一致します。
