SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Rotate Video

Rota un vídeo 90, 180 o 270 grados, o voltéalo horizontal o verticalmente.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/rotate-video

Acepta datos de formulario multipart con un archivo de vídeo y un campo JSON settings.

Parameters

transform	string	Yes	-	Transformación a aplicar: `cw90`, `ccw90`, `180`, `hflip`, `vflip`

Transform Values

cw90 - Rotar 90 grados en sentido horario
ccw90 - Rotar 90 grados en sentido antihorario
180 - Rotar 180 grados
hflip - Voltear horizontalmente (espejo)
vflip - Voltear verticalmente

Notes

Las rotaciones de 90 o 270 grados intercambian el ancho y el alto del vídeo.
Las operaciones de volteo (hflip, vflip) no cambian las dimensiones del vídeo.
