SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Video to Frames

Einzelne Frames aus einem Video extrahieren und als ZIP-Archiv mit PNG- oder JPG-Bildern herunterladen.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-to-frames

Nimmt Multipart-Formulardaten mit einer Videodatei und einem JSON-Feld settings entgegen.

Parameters

Notes

Der Modus all extrahiert jeden Frame und kann bei langen Videos sehr große ZIP-Dateien erzeugen. Verwenden Sie den Modus nth oder timestamps für eine selektive Extraktion.
PNG bewahrt die volle Qualität, erzeugt aber größere Dateien. JPG ist kleiner, aber verlustbehaftet.
Die Antwort wird als ZIP-Archiv heruntergeladen, das fortlaufend nummerierte Bilddateien enthält.
