SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

تحويل المستند

حوِّل المستندات بين تنسيقات Word (DOCX) وOpenDocument (ODT) وRTF والنص العادي باستخدام LibreOffice.

نقطة نهاية API

POST /api/v1/tools/files/convert-document

يقبل بيانات نموذج متعدد الأجزاء تحتوي على ملف Word/ODT/RTF/TXT وحقل JSON بصيغة settings.

ملاحظات

تنسيقات الدخل المقبولة: .docx، .doc، .odt، .rtf، .txt.
يتولّى LibreOffice المعالجة أثناء تشغيله بلا واجهة رسومية على الخادم.
قد لا يصمد التنسيق المعقّد (وحدات الماكرو، الكائنات المضمّنة) أثناء التحويل بين التنسيقات.
يجب أن يختلف تنسيق الخرج عن تنسيق الدخل.
