SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

在每张纸上排布多个页面以在打印时节省纸张，例如 2 合 1 或 4 合 1 版式。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/nup-pdf

接受包含一个 PDF 文件和一个 JSON settings 字段的 multipart 表单数据。

Notes

页面按阅读顺序排布（从左到右，从上到下）。
输出页面大小与原始页面一致；各个页面会被缩小以适应网格。
一个 20 页的文档使用 perSheet: 4 会生成一个 5 页的输出。
