SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Face / PII Blur

ตรวจจับและเบลอใบหน้าในรูปภาพโดยอัตโนมัติโดยใช้การตรวจจับใบหน้าที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI (MediaPipe)

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/image/blur-faces

การประมวลผล: แบบอะซิงโครนัส (ส่งคืน 202, สำรวจ /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress เพื่อดูสถานะผ่าน SSE)

ชุดโมเดล: face-detection (200-300 MB)

Notes

ต้องติดตั้งชุดโมเดล face-detection (200-300 MB)
รูปแบบเอาต์พุตตรงกับรูปแบบอินพุตโดยอัตโนมัติ
อาร์เรย์ faces มีพิกัดกล่องขอบเขต (x, y, width, height) สำหรับใบหน้าที่ตรวจพบแต่ละใบหน้า
เพิ่ม sensitivity (เข้าใกล้ 1.0) เพื่อตรวจจับใบหน้ามากขึ้น รวมถึงใบหน้าที่ถูกบดบังบางส่วน
รองรับรูปแบบอินพุต HEIC/HEIF, RAW, TGA, PSD, EXR และ HDR ผ่านการถอดรหัสอัตโนมัติ
