SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

แปลงระหว่างรูปแบบ YAML และ JSON ได้ทั้งสองทิศทาง อัปโหลดไฟล์ YAML เพื่อรับ JSON หรืออัปโหลดไฟล์ JSON เพื่อรับ YAML

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/files/yaml-json

รับข้อมูลแบบ multipart form data พร้อมไฟล์ YAML หรือ JSON ไม่ต้องมีฟิลด์ settings

Parameters

เครื่องมือนี้ไม่มีพารามิเตอร์ที่กำหนดค่าได้ ทิศทางการแปลงกำหนดจากนามสกุลไฟล์อินพุต

ทิศทางการแปลงตรวจจับอัตโนมัติจากนามสกุลไฟล์อินพุต: .yaml หรือ .yml ผลิต .json และ .json ผลิต .yaml
รับทั้งนามสกุล .yaml และ .yml
แปลงเฉพาะเอกสารแรกในไฟล์ YAML แบบหลายเอกสารเท่านั้น เอกสารเพิ่มเติมที่คั่นด้วย --- จะถูกละเว้น
