SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

N-up PDF

2-up 또는 4-up 레이아웃처럼 한 장에 여러 페이지를 배열하여 인쇄 시 종이를 절약합니다.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/nup-pdf

PDF 파일과 JSON settings 필드가 포함된 multipart form data를 받습니다.

페이지는 읽기 순서(왼쪽에서 오른쪽, 위에서 아래)로 배열됩니다.
출력 페이지 크기는 원본과 동일하며, 개별 페이지가 그리드에 맞게 축소됩니다.
perSheet: 4로 설정한 20페이지 문서는 5페이지 출력을 생성합니다.
