SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

प्रिंट करते समय कागज़ बचाने के लिए प्रति शीट कई पृष्ठ व्यवस्थित करें, जैसे 2-up या 4-up लेआउट।

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/nup-pdf

एक PDF फ़ाइल और एक JSON settings फ़ील्ड के साथ multipart form data स्वीकार करता है।

Notes

पृष्ठ पढ़ने के क्रम में व्यवस्थित किए जाते हैं (बाएं से दाएं, ऊपर से नीचे)।
आउटपुट पृष्ठ आकार मूल से मेल खाता है; अलग-अलग पृष्ठों को ग्रिड में फिट करने के लिए छोटा किया जाता है।
perSheet: 4 के साथ एक 20-पृष्ठ का दस्तावेज़ 5-पृष्ठ का आउटपुट बनाता है।
