SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Organize PDF

通过指定所需的页面序列来重新排列 PDF 中的页面。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/pdf/organize-pdf

接受包含一个 PDF 文件和一个 JSON settings 字段的 multipart 表单数据。

Parameters

Notes

页面范围使用 qpdf 语法：3,1,2 重新排列前三页，5-z 追加第 5 页到最后一页。
通过多次列出某个页面可以复制它（例如 "1,1,2,3" 复制第 1 页）。
未在顺序字符串中列出的页面会从输出中省略。
