SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Video to GIF

Einen Videoclip in ein animiertes GIF mit konfigurierbarer Bildrate, Breite, Startzeit und Dauer verwandeln.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-to-gif

Nimmt Multipart-Formulardaten mit einer Videodatei und einem JSON-Feld settings entgegen. Dies ist ein asynchroner Endpunkt: Er gibt sofort 202 Accepted zurück, und der Fortschritt wird per SSE unter GET /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress gestreamt.

Notes

Niedrigere Werte für fps und width erzeugen kleinere GIF-Dateien. Ein 480px breites GIF mit 12 fps ist meist ein guter Kompromiss.
Die maximale Dauer beträgt 60 Sekunden. Längere Clips erzeugen sehr große Dateien.
Fortschrittsaktualisierungen sind per SSE unter GET /api/v1/jobs/{jobId}/progress verfügbar, bis der Job abgeschlossen ist.
