SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

動画クリップを逆再生します。音声トラックも反転されます。

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/reverse-video

動画ファイルを含む multipart フォームデータを受け付けます。このツールに設定可能な項目はありません。

Parameters

このツールにパラメータはありません。動画全体を反転します。

Notes

長さが最大 5 分までのクリップに制限されます。それより長い動画は 400 エラーで拒否されます。
映像と音声の両トラックが反転されます。音声なしで動画を反転するには、先にミュートしてください。
